BEAUFORT COUNTY ARTS COUNCIL Two of Ken's photographs, shown above,
were juried into the Beaufort County Arts Council's Second Annual Juried Photographic Exhibit and awarded Honorable Mentions.
The exhibit was at the Washington Civic Center Gallery from July 23 through August 27, 2009. Ken's "Bees Do It
X-9" and "A.O.K. Savannah" are based, respectively, on a pair of amorous bees caught in the act of doing what
they and birds are widely reputed to do, and a grafitti-emblazoned dumpster offering an upbeat message to passersby in Savannah,
GA. Each photo is from a signed and numbered edition of ten. The gallery is located in historic downtown Washington,
NC.
